Paddington First was set up in 1999 by Paddington Waterside Partnership, our parent organisation which was established to co-ordinate the many development schemes at Paddington. The Partnership estimates that 30,000 jobs will be created as a result of the developments at Paddington Waterside.

To date we have placed over 5,000 people into work and gained tremendous success with Marks & Spencer, St Mary's Hospital and the Hilton Hotels.

We see around 200 job seekers every week. But we want that figure to rise, we want to place more people into work and we want to work with even more businesses in Paddington.
